How do I choose my size?

Each style uses its supplier’s size labels; these are not necessarily UK sizes. Open a product to see its available size range and original size chart. If you’re unsure, email your usual size and waist and hip measurements to support@vornello.shop.

How do I place an order?

Select your style and size, add it to your bag, then choose “Enquire about my bag”. This opens an email with your selection. We’ll confirm availability, delivery options and the final price before arranging an order. No payment is taken on this website.

Where do the jeans ship from?

The edit features products listed by Trendsi suppliers, with fulfilment origins varying by style. Stock and shipping eligibility are not live on this site. Contact us for a destination-specific delivery estimate and shipping costs before ordering.

What if I need to return something?

Contact support@vornello.shop with your order details before sending any item back. We’ll provide the applicable return instructions and return address. Please request the full return terms before placing your order; the London company address is not a confirmed returns address.

How should I care for my denim?

Always follow the garment’s care label. The styles in this edit list a cold machine wash and low tumble dry. Washing inside out with similar colours helps care for the finish.
